Failure to send out medical records

I employed Aspen Dental in 2008 and also have since discovered a brand new dentist in my own neighborhood. After I named them to obtain my x-rays and records delivered to my new dentist, I had been informed that I really couldnot deliver a notice seeking the documents, it'd in the future in the new dentist. And so I went towards the workplace and completed the shape and published that I'd lower and choose them up due to the small amount of time before my visit. I went and time one method to get my x-rays. I visited my visit 24 hours later, simply to be informed the x-rays weren't mine. Our dentist named plus they guaranteed they'd deliver the x-rays right out. Because all this has occurred I can not possess the work completed on my teeth since the x-rays haven't been delivered and my insurance provider won't approve the therapy. I have since discovered another new dentist and I named Aspen Dental again to determine if my documents have been delivered. They'venot delivered them since there is no launch in the dentist. Today to be able to get my x-rays for my new dentist I've to generate another time to get my documents. Personally I think they provide terrible support, they handle their clients unfaily and cost crazy quantities for that function, or absence there of, they do.
