Fraudlent billing

We were delivered a statement for providers which were never made subsequently Coastline Dental billed it down on our credit bureau report. We got our then 19-year old child to Shore Dental when she worked at Disney University-Occupation Plan in Kissimmee in 2006. We recommended them to complete just the function included completely by her dadis insurance, cleansing, x-rays and analysis. That same-day they questioned me for $5 additional for whatsoever and that I must have been notified than that anything was incorrect. The analysis was extreme & costly, she'd often had normal dental hygiene so we were suspect enough-not to consider her back. Alternatively we introduced her to Ohio to return to the family dentist. Then we began to get a statement within the email to us for $55. I attempted to contact them, never got through, quit several communications, no body actually named me back, and we discovered that Coastline Dental subsequently documented this towards the credit agency. The $55 cost from Shoreline Dental is completely deceptive. I attempted to protest towards the ADA however they just consider grievances about work completed not management of work. I submitted using the customer solutions department of California but nothing was achieved both. I had been informed that in instances like these, many people simply cave-in and spend the statement. Whoa, shore dental of kissimmee really are a couple of criminals.
