No reply about status of the delivery

I purchased some products from BellaMoi.com. I spoke for their owner to begin with. I questioned about day of shipping and got solution when I'll purchase today, it'll be delivered in 4 times. Following a week they didn’t delivered the things. I delivered them emails wondering about shipping position with no response.
