Glasses are very late and they are abusive

I piad in full for two pairs of glasses ando ne pair is not ready way past the deadline. When I call to ask whatr's up and to ask to have the second pair mailed tome they say "Are you kidding me?" and hang up. Every single person I have dealt with (and there have been a few becasue Ihave to keep calling) has been beyond rude.
