Cycle Vision Ripped off for $159.99 and can't get a return phone call

I went to rally in Arkansas recently and purchased 2 pairs of glasses from "roger". One clear pair and one tinted pair and was told shipping would be 2-3 weeks. That was on 09-25 and I have not received either pair of glasses. I had my prescription with me so they made a copy right there. I have been calling the company and leaving messages for 3 weeks now and can not get a return call. This company has the worst customer service I have ever received and I will be surprised if the glasses get here at all.
