Dennis Kept Billing after I paid for a full year RIPOFF

I signed a contract with World Gym with monthly premiums automatically coming out of my pay check. Once the year was over, World Gym kept taking the money. I cancelled this via my bank and they kept calling telling me that my account was delinquent. This individual's name was Dennis. He was very rude and insulting and placed the account on my credit report. He even validated that I had paid for a year but stated I did not properly cancel my contract so payments would continue unitl I wrote a letter. I wrote the letter and he further stated that I wrote the latter to late and access additional to the account.

This company is a rip off. I asked repeatedly to speak to a Supervisor, but to no avail. The only person I was able to get on the phone was this Dennis person. World Gym and Matrix Acceptance must work together.
