Charged Reissued Check Card I Never Provided to the Gym

I had been a member for about 4 months. I lost my bank check card and had to have one re-issued. This changed the number of the credit card. 3 months later I see that LA Fitness had charged my check card that month. I had never given the credit card information to them.
