Rip off - Defective product alert

Bought California Exotics Butterfly Kiss vibrator from this company through Amazon - Defective - would not turn on. Tried several sets of new batteries but no-go. Then I found out it could not be returned because of the "nature of the product." Amazon says to see Green Web Inc, ie, not their problem.

Green Web Inc is unreachable, though, so that advice is worthless. No contact info on their site: no phone, no email not even a physical address. Terrible product, terrible way to do business. So I paid for trash, and I can't get my money back. Not a happy consumer.
