Unauthorized Charges

When I called to pay for this product I asked very specifically and clearly to the sales agent what would be the total of what I would pay. She especifically said $192.86 as all total charges. I paid $57.96 and then she said the remaining would be deducted from my bank account. I told her I did not want to be billed more than I had originally been quoted $192.86 and now I am being charged and deducted from my bank account $82.62 more with a total $275.48. When I called the customer service number the agent was extremely rude, unpleasant to talk with and she denied me my right as a consumer to speak with a supervisor. She gave me a name and she only spelled it JA. She is not an assett to that company with her unpleasant unempathetic manners that she treated me.

She had the nerve to also tell me that this company will be withdrawing more money from my bank account 0n 8/22. This company only gave me 2 sets of tablets a few cds and a booklet which is certainly not a value of what they are charging me. I had sent an unsuscription 2 wekks ago and they still charged my account. I told the unpleasant representative, whom I spoke to 8/6 that I am willing to pay the total that was creditted to me for $192.86 and no more. AND ON TOP OF THIS the initial sales agent signed me for a service I was not aware or told I was going to be charged. It was an unauthorized discount subscription which ripped me of of $145. This company needs to train their representatives to be honest and provide the customer the request to authorized for additional service a customer has not agreed on. Horrible experience. Customers need to know.
