False advertisement

Want me to pay them $107 for them not telling me that i need a rma number from them to send the box and empty containers or full ones back to them and that it would cost a customer. And then they waited a whole month and half to call me and claime i owe them for their irresponsibility
and neligence to inform me. Its not legal and it is fruad. Messing up people credit for thier greed and illegal claim of a defected product thathave no value or use. They need to be prosecuted for fals advertising.
