Multiple alerts and communications without mentioning what medication/prescription they're talking about

In this age of digital service, how unfriendly can one company be? I continue to receive communication after communication, all of course very important, without telling me which of the eleven drugs I'm taking they are referring to - - - it's aggressive stupidity. A simple cut and paste would let me know.
