I worked for this company and these men for several months. I had a horrible experience there. They discriminated against my disability, mocked it, discriminated against my beliefs and forced me to take off my cross, mocked my religion, as well as making sexual remarks about my husband's genitalia. One of the owners stuffed dollar bills into my shirt as well. My first day there I was told that they had found a "loophole" and hadn't paid or declared their taxes in 6 years and that was the reason they were able to pay me below minimum wage. They made me constantly work hours I was not paid for and insinuated that my disobedience to working off the clock would result in termination from my job. I was not paid for my full hours as they would skim off an hour or two here or there on my paychecks (he blatantly admitted this as he would count my punch-in cards.) They did not follow health code as they would bring their pet dog into the salon. Upon resignation, I was threatened and harassed for weeks with threats of physical violence, they called my home and harassed my parents, texted my cell phone, and emailed me constantly. They threatened to put me in jail because they "knew people" higher up. To this day the harassment continues.
