CVS Caremark
Wont pay ANYMORE for rx been on over 7 years

My insurance plan change on its own from MEDCO to cvs carmark on 1-1 When I had Medco I had no problem with filling an rx once a month. Now that its changed to the caremark, they have the records that show the rx has been paid for in the past, They even did an override on 1/1 for the rx because of a totally different mix up. But now even after my dr did the proper PA forms, They continue to refuse to pay/help pay for a medication that ive been on over 7 years with NO OTHER type of rx that can replace this.
