FDA Santioned Pharmaceutical Company - Mail Order Service

I have received a Rx for Tramadol from a FDA sanctioned pharmaceutical company by the name of Caraco. I have been taking this drug for 14 years for HEP C., this is the first time I've had to deal with CVS mail order due to insurance changes. Since I have been taking this drug I have had episodes of sleepless nights, night sweats, skin crawling, joint aches, etc., etc. I called customer service and spoke with an Angela Urbano. She was as uncaring a person as I have ever spoke with and let me know unless they get a recall I am out of luck. I will be contacting the FDA regarding this Rx because I think my Rx has been contaminated, i.E. The reason why this company was sanctioned by FDA and to date no one knows what pills went out contaminated as is stated in a letter to this company from the FDA, dated October 08. I wanted the Rx to be replaced with what I have taken for 14 years from a reputable pharmaceutical company and CVS REFUSED I will not use the mail order EVER AGAIN nor will I use the retail store. I will also let my husbands' company know how the new mail order pharmacy they chose treats and cares for their employees and family.
