Back in April I entered into a business contract with Global Corporate Alliance, which is located in the Dallas TX area, and is owned by Duncan Macdonald and managed by Gloria Solomon. John Kosolcharoen acted as a middle man and explained how this contract would work before I made my investment. However, I was told that he is not a direct employee of GCA and he has stated that he and his family also have a considerable amount of money invested with GCA, of which they are owed. However, I have not seen proof of this yet.

The contact was to purchase overage percentages from health care premium payments from new members who bought into a health care Plan through GCA's/NACA's exclusive network. I invested $200K in this deal with the contractual promise of receiveing monthly payments for 5 years which could return at least 5 times my investment. Within 4 months, the payments started to show up late, until finally they stopped all together. I only received a total of slightly over $7K in payments, but I'm currently out $193K.in December there was one additional payment made that was 5 months overdue, and I was told that the overage program was being closed, but that all investors would continue to receive their late payments for the 2011 year, and then a full refund of thier principal. This basically means that I'm still owed another $226K. I was told that all of the money would be refunded by the end of the month of December. It is now June 1st and I have yet to receive an additional dime on the $226K that is owed to me.

There have been endless emails and texts from Duncan and Gloria at GCA, making numerous excuses for what was is happening, and why the money has still not been returned. They have also continued to toy with my emotions and sense of hope by promissing each week that the money is here and that payments will go out, but it never arrives. I think that they feel if they keep doing this, I will not take legal action.

Both Duncan Macdonald and Gloria Solomon keep in touch with me through phone, emails, and texts, but none of my money has been refunded to date. Their last message was at the end of May but I doubt that any more contact will come from them, now that they are probably going to need to start running from the authorities. They will basically need to say goodbye to the USA, forever, or spend 30 years in prison. There have been financial private investigations made that have discovered that neither GCA, Duncan Macdonald, or Gloria Solomon have a single dollar that can be found in their name, yet other investigation has proven that they are still living quite comfortably. How is this possible? How does one run a business as supposedly as large as GCA/NACA with no money to pay for thier overhead? My guess is that Duncan and Gloria are living on the cash from the various investors who used their life savings to make this investment in order to better provide for their families and needs for the future. I doubt if the money was ever entered into an overage program. I have never been provided with any proof of where my money went after it was transfered to GCA's Chase Manhattan bank account, which is currently empty or has now been closed.

I have talked with many other investors who are in the same situation as me. I found out that certain elderly investors cannot pay their medical bills. There is even a couple in a serious cancer situation that has been asking for their money back for over 1 year now, but to no avail. Another investor told me that he did not receive the December payment, when others did, which is making this look like a typical rob Peter to pay Paul situation, (Ponzi). What kind of monsterous behaviour is this?

To date, none of my money can be traced or found, and I have now come to the painful realization that my $200K is possibly gone forever. My legal council has informed me that the best course of action to take at this time is to file suit and bring this matter to the attention of the local authorities in TX, the FBI, and the IRS, which I have. Gloria Solomon sent me a absurd text last week that vaguely threatened legal action regarding the post that I made on iusacomplaints.com about this situation. She obviously does not seem to realize how serious of a legal situation she has put herself and possibly her family in, by continuing to aid Duncan Macdonald with this fraudulent investment. She also does not seem to understand that the law protects and allows me to make such posts given the grave circumstances and proof regarding this scam. These sites exits for this very reason.

If nothing more, I hope this post will at least save anybody else from going through the frustration, pain, sorrow violation, humility, and loss that I have been through because of Global Corporate Alliance, Duncan Macdonald, and Gloria Solomon.
