Their customer support (spouse or employees-exactly the same speech) was the toughest I actually experienced. Both Chris along with a woman screamed at me should you follow my purchase up. Then I will be emailed by them with alibis and guarantees. Nevertheless, I NEVER RECEIVED ANY. Once they were researched on the 3 way phone, Lender of America (my lender) returned the cash, And the customer support was obtained by Bank of America from Eyewear City. They subtracted 25%, although Chris understood that these were researched, that is was the main reason that they delivered my money-back. That is really ILLEGITIMATE.
