Keep asking you for more information etc

Basically this company is the worst. When you try and appeal, they simply request more and more information, but then never call you back when you fax it. It is all a scam and they just deny the claim
but lead you to believe it can be appealed. These are the most incompetent people. I actually got a message from one who said she didn't call me back because she left my folder at home and didn't have my number. I've only been with them for 20 years! I plan to switch plans ASAP.
