I submitted a state #71934797 to get a refund for AquaClear contacts and an eye examination. They delivered me a notice declaring my refund distribution was unacceptable for " This refund demands the initial finish sections in the presentation." I delivered all 4 finish sections from my contact containers using the refund form and another authorized refund form in the Optometrist for that vision examination. I named the amount shown and was informed they didn't get the end sections. I described I'd previously delivered them-which is just why all 4 of my contact containers don't have any end cell. I was questioned easily created a duplicate of that which was delivered and I told them NO why might I? I told them I can't deliver finish sections again, since I already sent them. Then I had been informed the attention examination refund was "tied" for this one to ensure that was unacceptable also. Exactly what a fraud!
