Where do I start? Without going right through every occasion of refusal, over-charging, wrong payment etc. That AETNA set me through - I'll simply let you know never to conduct business with AETNA medical health insurance. I settled over $6,000 in rates plus they wouldn't actually purchase a $275.00 laboratory statement for my spouse who hasn't been ill before in his living - and wasn't actually ill next. I completed form after type, together with his physician, that there have been no pre existing problems. It was simply bloodwork. And after speaking with reps in the Philippines (with the money-they create, they cannot employ Americans?) which are automatic and certainly will not really pay attention to thinking, I determined that it had been greatest for my loved ones not to actually be included in medical health insurance. Why spend all this cash whenever you get nothing in exchange? SHAME ON AETNA - PITY ON THIS NATION - for permitting americans to become scammed and robbed of the pride.
