Hurt my back and certainly will not stop my account

I'd a massage on April 29 and also the counselor smashed a blood-vessel in my own hip and that I had a 4x6 big, really painful bruise. Our hip injured so poor I returned to Massage Envy on May, 3 and requested to determine the supervisor. Obviously, she wasn't there and so I requested to determine whoever was in control. They called me to Kayla and that I informed her what had occurred and confirmed her the bruise. I had been such horrible discomfort, could not stay or lay down, that I visited observe my Internist and he explained I'd a hemotoma which he'd never noticed such from only a massage. He wrote me a notice declaring that I ought to don't have any more massages as well as for the organization to stop my account.

I'd told Kayla on May 3, that I desired to stop my account and he or she stated that I'd need to have a notice from my physician declaring such. I gave them a duplicate of the notice and was subsequently informed that Christie, the supervisor, was alone that may stop my account. I've been back again to work atleast five times and also have named numerous occasions to consult with Christie and he or she is never there and doesn't return my calls. I eventually talked together with her on Wednesday of the week and he or she informs me the operator may be the only individual who may stop my account and they are "from the nation". I'd like my account cancelled and my abandoned massages terminated.
