Never fill prescriptions on time

Since 2009 I've been filling my prescriptions for Savella, Lyrica, and lidoderm patches at this pharmacy. Every month I try to refill them and never can without missing a day or three because one medicine is always missing when my prescription is ready. I speak with the pharmacy and hear various reasons ranging from out of stock or need to wait for insurance company to clear Rx. Only one pharmacist seems to care and process my Rxs on time (Jenn) a patient pharmacist who fills the Rxs quickly, if she's unavailable, I go days without my prescriptions.in the past, I had to complain to the people with disabilities agency to get help with this matter because it was taking two weeks to get my medicine. Things got better for a while, but on Friday I waited on line to place my three Rxs and was told to wait so the pharmacy tech could see if all were available, I did and was told all three were available. I said thank you and left since the line was long to pick up, I said I'd pick them up later on that day or tomorrow since I had enough medicine to last two more days. I received a telephone calling stating only two Rxs were available for pick up. I called and spoke with a male pharmacy person who said the Savella was not in stock untile Monday. This is the kind of craziness I go through every month. I would appreciate if this matter could be handled by the corporate office. Thank you!
