Total rip off, no one to speak with, no response after you leave Voice Mail

I ordered CholesLo and Natural Energy to which I had an allergic reaction causing my hands, arms, legs and neck to itch continually as well as turn red in color. I submitted the request for return product and left 3 voice mails at phone number 702-714-0435 but there is no one there to give you any information; Just a recording asking to leave, name, phone number, email address and to speak slowly for clarity.

I am getting very upset with a company that advertises a product and then shows no signs of willingness to help with a return product. I did receive an email from a customer care person named Deborah but she did not give the Return Authorization Notice which is required to receive a refund.

If anyone is considering ordering any products from this company, try to get an online chat and ask for a live person to speak with so you can have name verification and get all the pertinent data needed for returns. I am filing a report with the Nevada BBB, because this company should be removed from doing business.
