Got my money, I have no book. Ripoff Pennsylvania

I paid $23.00 for a book from Medsearch, Washington Street, P.O. Box 128, Dept. 1010, South Easton, MA 02375. I thought my book would/should be delivered by now, it has been over a month. No book and cannot seem to locate the addressee either.
