French Rivera Spa Rude, Uncaring, extremely unhelpful, heartless, unreasonable

My boyfriend and I joined French Rivera Spa about 2 years ago. We would go two to three times a week. Until I started having unexplained pains in my feet and hips. I went to the doctor and found out that Had a severe case of osteonecrosis from my hips down and needed to stay completely off my feet or it would get worse. Extreamly painfulI had to be in a wheelchair and could no longer work. Or workout

I contacted my gym and they told me to contact Parramount. Paramount told me to contact the gym. Long story short I went back and forth between the both of them for about a month. Not to mention when I went to my gym to try to speak to them the elevator did NOT work and they refused to come down to talk to me. My boyfriend had to relay messages to me as I could not get up the stairs in my wheelchcair. Their excuse was they could not find the key. It should always work!

Parramount told me that i needed a doctors note saying that i was permanently disabled so I did. They still did not accept it. I was no longer able to use my membership and I only had 5 more months to pay on it. I no longer have a job so i needed the the money that was getting deducted from my account to put towards bills, medical bills, food, ect. Poimt is they they refused to work with me and they were extreamly rude even tho I had a doctors note. I will never recomend any of my friends, family, or acuaintances to join this gym.
