Shaun T Rockin' Body DVD Package Bait $ Switch

On March 31, I saw an informercial for Rockin' Body by Shaun T. It looked like a good program for a beginner, lots of instruction and some alternate moves for building up to speed. Like one of the other report filers (except his man was different) I had seen Shaun T on Dr. Oz, so I thought this would be legit. They were having a special Promo on payment of $19.95 instead of the usual $79 if you called during the show. They even had a timer. The sales rep was confused about the price, as it was not on her list. She talked to her supervisor who said that Promo was no longer in effect (even though I was watching it right then) but they would honor the one payment of $19.95 plus S&H. I got the box on April 4th. It contained 2 DVDs and 4 paper flyers. The statement said I was being charged $78.44. The product price was $59.85. I called today and spent over an hour talking to customer service and a supervisor. All sorts of numbers were thrown around and in the end I am hopefully going to get a full refund, but I will only believe that when I see it. I saw a comment about phone numbers on one report for this company, so now I am on alert for that too since the sales rep wrote down my phone 4 times.
