Never receive new prescriptions

Not able to load new medications. Last time required nearly 3 months of my Doctor calling within the same prescription to become filled. Once more, two medications were named in. The refill one was delivered however they declare never to have obtained the brand new prescription. Three months later my Doctor has ONCE MORE re sent exactly the same prescription in plus they haven't acquired it. No pharmacy hours on breaks to assist solve the issue. Administration and customer service employees not current on agreements from their customers in order to solve a problem both. Badly went company. Medication shouldn't be withheld in the client such as this.
