Incorrect Item and Order Not Placed

I have place two orders with this company, and both have been a disaster. Order 234732: I paid $37 for DS-SPECTRAL-DNC-N and was instead shipped DS-SPECTRAL sold at $35.99 which means I overpaid. I requested a replacement, but was denied due to my opening it. Which I understand to a point, but I trusted Vitasprings foolishly, and didnt notice VitaSprings shipping error until my scalp was on fire from the minoxidil. I kept the product, accepted the loss and quickly placed a new order.

I placed order 237537 to quickly gain the correct DS-SPECTRAL-DNC-N. I waited two weeks without any results. I checked by Credit Card and they had not even placed the order! I finally had to buy via 2nd day shipping through Amazon to obtain two of the products for emergency replacement. If you know anything about hair regrowth solutions, you cannot wait two weeks without the sacrifice of major regression, if not permanent. Additionally, my wife has to have AcneAdvance without any skipped days. When I emailed an inquiry as to why my order was not fulfilled, instead of contacting me asking if I still wanted the order like most store fronts would do, VitaSprings immediately charged my credit card, albeit two weeks late, without any email or calling. Very unprofessional company!

I ended up with two items each, because of no communications due to lousy VitaSprings business practices.in summation, due to wrong item shipped, having to pay 2nd day shipping due to no fulfillment by VitaSprings and double product, I am over by $75.00 in spending and seriously upset. After a few days, Vanessa, an oriental woman with very low intellect, called and asked questions exuding a level of ignorance that I have never encountered.in summation, they provided a $8 discount on my last order, which is indeed my last order. Caveat emptor!
