S&H, Vanessa Deceptive. Misadvertising and real FRAUD!

I ordered by phone, because I could not use the computer to order online. I specifically asked for Focus Factor which appeared in their web site and I was told that that was it. This happened on February 2nd 2010. Today, February 11 we received the package and what received was Focus Now. I wanted to return the package, but Vanessa stated that they will charge 15% restocking fee.

This is plain fraud by misleading the customer. I want my money back, but the are willing to risk litigation, which I will pursue if necessary.
