Stole my money!

I noticed $45 was being withdrawn from my bank. It only showed up as a recurring withdrawl. I had know idea who was taking money out of my account. Then I got a call from massage envy. They told me my payment went through and my massage was available. Now I knew who was taking my money!

How it all began. My girlfriend sent me to massage envy after a hard day at work. When I was checking out they asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership. At first I was hesitant but they persisted so I signed up. What the woman told me "I have three days to decide and if I WANTED THE MEMBERSHIP BE SURE TO CALL AND WE CAN GET THE BALL ROLLING" well I decided not to get the membership so I didn't call. So basically its a "miscomunnication" according to the office manager and doesn't qualify for a refund! I've never used them since my gf sent me there and I never plan on it!

I've filed a complaint with the BBB and if I don't get my money back I plan on filing a complaint with the Attorney General. All I want is my money back!!!
