Managment and several staff members Misleading is how they get you to sign and when you are stuck unprofessional liars are unmasked

Its simple really, offers for 30 days are flashed around to reel you in. You then go with the intention of forming an opinion for yourself and are bombarded with questionares and tour and an offer that will expire of course if you dont do it immediately. Then you are very carefully juggled into a contract. I have unfortunately been a member for over a year now and since national fitness will not allow me out of my contract I decided to utlilize the time to observe.

I would have kept this scandalous act to myself however a friend of the family was also mislead in her endevours to find a great gym. She signed a contract with the manager who claimed she had lost 100lbs from the vigorous workouts that premier had to offer. Well Christy, the manager makes no bones about telling people of her gastric bi pass.

She is a fraud and didnt loose any of the weight with hard work. Needless to say that was member she never would of had without the lie. Over the last month between managment changes and an overflowing amount of new employees every other day it seems more and more people have finally decided to speak out. The managment takes part in cursing loudly and are very unprofessional dealing with members. If at all anyone is even thinking of joining this job be warned it is an all around scandal.

36month contracts for whatever price they can come up with. Cancelling is not going to happen when they never seem to get the cancellation letters you give to managment. The list goes on and on. I encourage more people to speak out about this place. They are not sales people at all... They dont bend the truth they flat out lie. This facility is has managment that is unprofessional as well as signs of drug abuse which the DEA has been notified of. All in all it is rip off!!!
