Family Products LLC (Derm & Peel) RIPOFF! Frauds! Scam artists! Van-Nuys California

I ordered the Derm & Peel products as a one-time offer and received the first shipment in a timely manner. My checking account was debited for the amount I saw online (including shipping). The next month, however, to my surprise I received a second shipment (also with my account having been debited). I let that ride because I was ok with the product. But I decided I didn't want to continue the auto-shipments (that I didn't sign up for in the first place).

So I called the number on the packing list and received a recording that essentially gave out an email address and then the phone went dead with me not being able to speak to a live person. Therefore, I emailed the company and asked them NOT to debit my account and to cancel the auto-ship. I never received an email back from them stating they'd do so. So, two days later I emailed them AGAIN asking them to do the same thing and also to send me an email confirmation so I'll know they received my email and would cancel the auto-ship and not charge my account. I still didn't get an email from them.

Well, I just got my bank statement that shows they DID in fact charge my account and I can only assume the products are in the mail to me. I just want this to stop and to be done with this company for good! The only problem is how do you get in contact with them. If anyone knows, Please respond to this site. Thank you.
