Ripoff Hold On To The Refund Horrible Customer Service got pushed around put on hold disrespected

Confidence, a herb company made a promise on the newspaper that their product works, or customers will get 110% refund, no questions asked.

I experienced problems from day one, first, they sent me the product super late without informing me, when I called, they gave me huge attitude. Then the product didn't even live up to its claim, I returned the entire product within couple weeks after receiving it. I even called them to tell them that I would be returning the product, again, major attitude. I got pushed around, put on hold, no one would help me. They even hung up on me.

I returned my product in April and now is June, I still haven't seen my refund. I called them again, They claimed that only accounting department knew if they have issued the refund. The representaive questioned whether I indeed returned the product. They wouldn't transfered me to the accounting nor the manager. They were all closed today, the representative said. I asked him if he would make sure that either he or the accounting department gives me a call on Monday when they return? He said that's not his job. And he further said that he has never seen anyone returning the product and anyone who is as demanding as I was. And all I wanted is for someone to tell me that I will get my refund soon? That's too demanding? What happened to the basic customer service?

I basically wanted to find out why I haven't receive my money in two months, it is just a simple question. This company is fraud, horrible customer service, the product doesn't work, they won't even refund me 110% as they promised on the newspaper. The representative put me on hold intenionally.

Don't buy anything from Confidence Inc. They are not a honest, nor caring company. All they want is your money.
