You spelled premium wrong so your post is the only one found. Also call the bbb in cincinnati or post online. They have a bad report for the reason that you mentioned. I lost money too and am pissed that the tv stations will not stop running their ads, nor does the media care about it.

Additionally, the ohio state attorneys office is trying to shut them down permanently. It does not matter if you order online or over the phone. They will not give you a refund..
