Just answer
The company gave me an answer and i then cancelled the subscription but they keep taking it monthly

I contacted just answer about a medical problem I was having and I paid the fee of 12, I accepted the answer. I also asked again about a problem with my dog I have tried to cancel the monthly payment many times but they are still taking out 11 every month. I have tried to get hold of them throught their web address and left a cancellation message but still they take the money. I dont know how I can do this as they have my bank card number other than change my number.
