Company will not refund my $ for a 18 mth contract I purchased in cash 1 mth before the closed the doors!

Purchased 18 mth contract in cash at Maumee location. 1 month later they closed the doors with no notice. I emailed LifeStyles and requested a refund of my money be casue I live more than 25miles to their next location.

I recieved an email conformation from Life Stlyes letting me know that I was approved for a refund and should get it with in 6 weeks. This was spring of 2011!!

I have been calling, emailing and recieve no responce from LifeStlyes on this matter. The last time I heard from Don Stump via email was in September asking how I wanted him to refund the money; check or credit card. Nothing since, My emails go un-answered.
