On 12/18 visited shop on Winchester Road to pick prescription glasses.
Picked a Nike body costing $189.00. We were cited another $189.00 for that polarized lenses that was approved.
Once The prescription for that spectacles was handed towards the revenue worker, she observed the prescription had ended on 12/17.
Because it was Saturday, we informed the revenue worker we'd possess the physicians office fax over an acceptance for that prescription because the next attention analyze wasn't planned for 2 more decades (3-year period).
The sales clerk stated she'd contain the structures for three times. We informed her we'd be back on Monday, 12/19.
The doctors office didn't send the agreement on Mon; but with follow up on our component did send the agreement on Tuesday, 12/20.
Went in on Thursday to truly have the installation and start the purchase. The revenue worker stated the shop had re-listed their whole stock on Mon (or Sunday evening) and also the same structures were currently $249.00; a 32% escalation in cost
The spectacles were to kept for all of US for 3 times; the revenue worker stated these were put-back in stock due to the cost increase.
We couldn't persuade the worker that people were due the $189.00 cost. We quit without providing Visionworks our company.
