Mike Tesno Fraud billing me after I cancelled would not let me speak to someone above him said he is final say

I called and notified the gym 247clubfitness that I would be leaving the military and moving. The individual said fine and said they would tell their manager. I recently checked my account and found out I was billed for November.

I contacted someone who worked there and they told me oh well I need to send a letter and I'll be charged still plus a 50.00 charge. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me it doesn't matter he will tell me the same thing.

I spoke to the manager Mike and he did say the same thing. I asked can I speak to his boss and he said he doesn't have one. He said his word is final and law and he doesn't report to anyone. I asked if there was someone I can file a complaint with he said no just deal with it and pay.

I told him of my situation and he said it doesn't matter what someone else said this is my location. I am the law and final say. So I asked him does he own the gym he said no and hung up on me
