Eye exam cost

I strolled in and requested the ladies if she requires my partners and my kids insurance. She stated yes and so I created 2-eye appts for examinations and spectacles. Following the examinations and purchasing spectacles I had been informed the Attention Doctor doesn't consider insurance-but Jcpenney does? What!? Therefore today I'm outofpocket for just two vision examinations after I was informed they consider my insurance. It was the problem of the Jcpenney ladies that worked there not mine. I'd like my 2 examination costs back. I had been ready to obtain my partners although not my kids. I have been calling because it occurred. Their appts were March 22. I am still coping with this. Jcp must have to suck-up the price not me. I purchase medical health insurance to get a cause. I ought tonot be spending of wallet for vision examinations.
