No Returns or Refunds

Our physician's office inadvertently faxed Express Programs a prescription in the place of sending it in my experience. Express Scripts required $347.31 from my bank account without my agreement despite the fact that I'd informed them I no further desired automated prescription deliveries. After I discovered they'd obtained the cash, my physician's office named them to stop the prescription. One-man mentioned the purchase could be terminated and my cash could be returned. 24 hours later a lady stated the purchase wouldn't be terminated since the purchase had previously delivered. It wasn't delivered until 4 days later. They declined to consider the cargo back. Credit declined to obtain concerned stating the problem was also complex. Medicare Part D and CMS stated Specific Programs needed to consider the purchase back. They stated to not start the bundle, they'd contact me back and inform me how to proceed. Neither named back, delivered my calls or answered my notice. The California State Attorney General stated they'd examine the problem if more individuals reported. Somebody must make a move to obtain the corporation in-line because they are hurting people and placing people's lives in risk. The grievances on the web about that organization are severe.
