I made an order, then after a 3 weeks I requested an update, after a couple more weeks, requested a refund since no product arrived, there was still no response and no product.
I they contacted the website again and requested the refund to my account.
After checking my account - I found Smartbomb charged me again for the same products. After several requests for refund without any response - I am now writing here reporting this nonresponsive company, and will be contacting the better business buearu to report this company.
Everyone should know they have the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced.
I have now paid double for the items I ordered - and still have no products.
There is no phone number to call, there is only the website to contact, I requested a phone number and recieved no response.
This company is a scam - and needs to be shut down, so no one else has to experience the frustration.
