I do have to mention that while I was typing up this complaint on this merchant, Tim the owner of the company has emailed me for the first time to assist me with my refund process. I am just submitting this file as a record for others to view. I will update this complaint as resolve or not resolve in a few weeks.

I have purchased a 6 months package from Clear Skin Max on 4-10-11 in the amount of $305.48. I tried out the product for a month and did not really see much improvement on my skin. I was concerned and contacted your 800-493-0268 in May to double check if your 180 days risk free trial money back guarantee is true so I can have piece of mind to try out the product for a longer period of time.

I was advised by your representative "Yes, just try it out for 180 days and if I am not satisfied I can request for a full refund with no questions ask." I recently requested to get a full refund since I tried out this product and it did not benefit me and my free trial period is almost up. I have sent your company numerous emails at least 10 emails since 10/02 to see how the refund process work, but no replies. I was worried so on 10/09 I have requested for the refund before my 6 months time period is up.

I have several concerns with the service being provided by your company. It has been over two weeks and still no response from anyone in your company. On 10/18, I called the 1-800-493-0268 number and it rang a few times and then got disconnected. I immediately emailed your company again and requested this matter to be escalated to someone in your management team to get back to me due to my concerns and frustration that i am seeing with all the reviews and
what has taken place. However still no responses. The next day, I noticed your company has removed the 800 sales number via the website and have changed your money back guarantee to only 30 days. I hope I am not being scammed by your company
