Ripoff

I order the free 30 day trial of avlimil and was charged the $4.50.in order for the product to work you have to be on the product for 10-12 weeks.
So I called to order the second shipment because I was down to one week of the pills left. They had not sent me any. Well I went to see my doctor and she proceeded to tell me that the pills were not FDA.
Well then I decided to stop taking them because I am on seizure and nerve medication so I did not order anymore, I told her I was not going to order anymore.

I went online one afternoon and pulled up my bank account and they had deducted $70.00 ($4.50 ship and hand and $65.50 for the product.) I called the company and told them that i had not ordered the pills. (the pills was not at my home yet.)

They told me that yes I had because when I called for the free sample I automatically was enrolled but I said if that was the case why did I have to call and order the second set of pills and they said they did not know.

I talked to a lady named lucy which started out bad because i ask to speak to a member of management she kept telling me there was no since in talking to him because he would tell me the same thing. (she told me this about 10 times before she finally connected me.)

The manager's name was Hosea and he was just as rude as she was. I told him I would mark the pills return to sender if they would just take and put the $70.00 back in my account and he said no.

I called my husband at work and told him what had happened and we called back and talked to some rude rude lady named Tracy, I ask her to talk to hosea so he tell my husband what he told me and she kept saying there was no need to tlak to hosea again that I had already talked to him.

I ask her more than once and we were on the phone 45 minutes she would not let hosea tell my husband what he told me.

All in all every person we talked to was down right rude and acted like they did not give a crap. I think Berkeley is a big rip off.
