I purchased goods from this company and did not receive everything I had paid for. Victoria Chavez Folsom ignored my repeated emails to send the rest of my purchased goods and refused to refund my money.

Victoria Chavez Folsom resorted to name calling and slander, insinuating that I was lying.

I have written documentation where Victoria Chavez Folsom states that the cost of the unreceived goods would be deducted from my next purchase, however she denies any evidence of this even though she received photographic evidence.

DO NOT purchase any goods from this person or this company. They are rip off merchants who particularly take advantage of customers not living in the US.
