Dzugan Method Restorative Medicine I invested money into this company. They failed to pay their debt and I had to file a lawsuit, where I was awarded a judgement. Now, I have to file another lawsuit to collect on this debt

I invested money with the Dzugan group in March, '09. I agreed to lend them $25,000 for a period of 12 months and then they would pay back the loan in full and give me stocks in exchange. They did not pay back the loan and ignored my request for payments. I was forced to file a lawsuit and was awarded a judgement. They still have made no effort to pay the debt, so I have to hire another attorney in Ohio to collect the debt awarded in the judgement. This has been a nightmare. I really believed in the company and what they were doing and even volunteered to help them for a period of time. Anyone associated with this group should be careful. The Dzugan reputation will not be untarnished for long. I am sure I am not the only investor that they haven't paid back, what other bills are they not paying? This could be a shell company for a big scam... I would expect to see this all come out in the open soon!
