I've been using MTBC.com for quite some time now. I first began with only the billing software, but then when my previous EMR software failed on me a mere few months ago, I was pleasantly introduced to MTBC ChartsPro™, the company’s own software. I can confidently state that after much shopping, this has to be the most user-friendly software I’ve seen on the market today. The best part is how they keep updating it regularly with augmented patches coming out almost every 2 months. Just last week, they released the newest upgrade which featured the addition of an intuitive and sleek Dashboard, that functions much like my newsfeed on Facebook.in short, it makes scanning the entire EMR a lot faster! As I mentioned before however, this is not what initially attracted me to MTBC. I came for the billing software, their premiere service, dubbed MTBC PracticePro™. Thanks to the dedicated billing team they provided me with, my staff has never been happier. The billing team never misses a beat, and addresses claims that are often even further back than I can remember. It truly is a relief to be able to focus on healthcare, and not on the hassles of practice management. Therefore, I must recommend strongly their services for betterment.
