My husband purchased 40 packets from this company www.361slim.com The first time they sent the wrong stuff the second time customs wouldnt release it so it just got sent back to the company. I contacted the company and its always someone with the name of Kelly Tom who answers email or chat. Anyway so that person told us they could either give us the option to do smaller packages or give us a refund. Well we asked for a refund and guess what? Never got it! Every time i try to talk to them thru email they never answer and when i contact them through another email they reply but to me they dont. So im being ignored not only through email but even through chat. This is really not cool this is over $400 we are losing here. Idk if theres anyone else that has gone through this with these ppl. If theres nothing that we can do then i guess all we can do is at least let everyone know whats happened and to not trust this company. Im new on this site so i dont know how to contact other ppl or see what they have done about these kind of scams id appreciate if someone could help me out. Thanks!
