Massage Envy

I popped a account for my spouse within the telephone nearly 24 months ago. I didn't get a deal or did I actually observe or signal one (did not understand there is one).

Last May, I ripped up the Massage Envy site to locate information on eliminating the account but there is no information and so I named the Massage Envy in Cumming to find out more. The woman that responded stated that there is A - 30 day notice, she'd ended it but I'd be charged again for July and his account might end June 28.

You thought it - I stayed charged and so I named the place another time-but this time around was informed that cancellations should be completed personally by completing a termination type. Since I have move this area twice each day on my method to & from function, which was no problem. Nevertheless when I went up there, I had been recommended they wouldn't return me for that 2 weeks they improperly charged me because of the misinformation I'd been provided on my call-in May.

I visited the place that evening & closed a termination type to prevent potential drafts observing the termination type that I'd ended in May. I understood that people might shed all abandoned massages (in those days 11 of these - $550 value!) but it was worthwhile to prevent the hemoraging! What used to do not understand is the fact that since their top desk team is possibly inexperienced or enjoys providing misinformation, they'd not return $100 they mistakenly billed. Really upset they did not simply tell me in the future up there the first time I named...
