Citilight Optometry WORST Lenscrafter EVER - Dr Patel

I agree with the other complaints. This is by far the worst LensCrafter as far as the doctor in this office (Dr. N. Patel). The doctors office which now goes by Citigroup I think, are a rip-off and charge ridciulous prices for contacts, exams, and anything else they can squeeze out of you, basically the entire office visit!

To top it off Dr. Patel is very indifferent and uninterested; doesnt seem to care about the patients just wants to make his money! He is not easy to talk to and hard to reach over the phone for questions/concerns. The receptionist/staff are not far behind in terms of good welcoming service and seem unknowledgeable.

I not only was a patient, I had a friends that use to also see Dr. Patel who said it was the worst experience ever. They agree that he was very overpriced which is why the office barely ever had any patients. One visit as I in the waiting area for 30 minutes (and was the ONLY patient in the office), I observed the Dr. Talking to the receptionist, and seemed that he was more concerned on his daily lunch times/schedules on the calendar rather then appointments.

Overall, the worst doctor office/visit experiences, and I will never go back, I found another LensCrafter location doctor who is WAY friendlier, effiecent, and best, cheaper!
