Not follow up on payment made to WD

I created my cost on 3/29, American dental is pursuing me to help make the cost again and that I currently talked to many individuals I visited work with my bank claims, I talked to Carlos Robles * supervisor * he designed to contact me back since 9/15 and that I been calling him. He never response or replies my telephone calls. NO BODY IS HELPING ME to solve this issue... Therefore Unsettling. That is inappropriate.
