I never received my shipment of powerpops, it has been over a month. I informed the company through phone and emails several times. I no longer want the product and have requested a refund. They still have not issued me my refund. I spoke with customer service on the phone and was given the run around.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced from a company, very unprofessional.
